SSL Beacon is operated by GG-Tech Solutions, a registered business in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using SSL Beacon (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
SSL Beacon monitors SSL/TLS certificates, domain registration expiry and site availability for domains you add, and sends notifications at thresholds you configure. Monitoring is performed on a schedule; it is not continuous, and check frequency depends on your plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials and API keys secret, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@sslbeacon.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may only monitor domains you own or are authorised to monitor.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change on notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not automatically refund partial periods, but if the Service did not do what we said it would, contact us and we will make it right.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of these Terms.
SSL Beacon offers optional SMS alerts. This section governs that program.
We do not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep the Service running and alerts flowing, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monitoring and alerting depend on systems outside our control, including certificate authorities, registrars, DNS, email providers and mobile carriers.
The Service is provided "as is" and is a supplementary safeguard, not a substitute for your own operational monitoring. You remain responsible for renewing your own certificates and domains. A missed, delayed or failed alert does not transfer that responsibility to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG-Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service - including any expired certificate or domain, or any outage, that the Service failed to warn you about. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. On termination we will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
